Alternate solutions to Google Analytics

We all love Google Analytics. But for those of us who would like to try some worthy alternates (whether to get a second set of data, or looking for additional features), there are a couple of great suggestions: Mint and Woopra. We have used both to accompany our Google Analytics setup, and have gained more insight to our traffic.

Although they both are analytics solutions, they work in a different way. Woopra features live tracking and real time analysis, while Mint has a great user interface and set of plug-ins and add-ons called “pepper.” Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a blogger, the extra layer of information would be worth your investment ($30 for Mint, and free for Woopra.)
