Maintenance Plan
Pricing & Terms

Basic Plan:

• 1-year plan: $750 (USD) per month
• 6-months plan: $1,125 (USD) per month
• 3-months plan: $1,500 (USD) per month
• Includes the following from the Scope of Work:
  • Platforms
  • CSS Updates
  • Coding: Errors and Bugs
  • Coding: Additional Functionality

Plus Plan:

• 1-year plan: $990 (USD) per month
• 6-months plan: $1,485 (USD) per month
• 3-months plan: $1,980 (USD) per month
• In addition to the Basic plan, the Plus plan includes:
  • Speed Optimization

Payment Schedule:

• First month's payment is pre-paid at the time of purchase via the Basic or Plus checkout pages
• Each subsequent monthly fee is prepaid one month from the date of purchase
  
• Monthly payments are automatically charged to the client’s credit card
• Late payment penalty: $5 per day after a 1-week delay
• After the length of the plan has passed, it will be automatically renewed (as the same plan) unless canceled

Other Terms:

• If Client wishes to cancel the contract, 30% of all remaining monthly fees are charged as a cancellation fee.
• License cost for the Content Management System (CMS), add-ons, and any other software are not included.
• Copywriting, site analytics, stock images or videos, search engine submission fees, list management tools, email deployment costs, and/or any other fees and costs are not included.
